Intercultural negotiation constitutes a real challenge in the sense where there are no instant recipes, but a necessity of being conscious of cultural traps. ? It is necessary to avoid referring to his cultural codes or to his faiths on the other one. It is necessary to forget stereotypes, to pay attention to our interlocutor (one does not address in the same way a woman or a man) and not to refer to cultural codes exceeded for a long time. In an intercultural context, negotiation is often a search for balance between its rights and its responsibilities toward the culture of origin of the country in which one surrenders.
